We do offer learnt to skate classes for several levels of skating.
We do not charge parents to spectate when they bring their children. If they do choose to skate with the party they would pay the normal admission and skate rental fees.
If you have chosen the 1:00pm on Saturday or the 1:00pm on Sunday you may arrive no earlier 10 minutes prior to our opening. This gives our managers and staff a chance to get set up for the afternoon. We also do not want management to be alone in the facility with customers for their safety. Other reservation times during the public sessions may arrive at the start time of the session – your table will be set and ready at your reservation time. On Friday and Saturday evening parties, you will have to wait for our Private Party times to conclude before entering the building. For Private parties, you will not be allowed to enter until 15 minutes prior to your party time. This gives us a chance to clean the rink from the public session prior to your party.
SKATE MATES are always available to rent for a fee of $5.00 during parties. We encourage customers to let their invited guest rent them as needed.
The only outside food/drink we allow during a public skating session is a birthday cake with a booked River Roll birthday party.

Because we normally sell out on the weekends, we suggest you make your reservations as far in advance as possible. If you are on our reservation form and the day and time are not showing, that will be an indication that those times are probably no longer available.
Yes, we allow you to bring in your own skates as long as there is no metal showing and they are clean of any debris.
Sorry, we do not accept checks. All Debit and Credit cards are accepted. Proper ID is required with cards.

We do charge for parents to watch on our All You Can Eat Pizza Night. Otherwise, during any public session or school party, we allow parents to enter for free.
We do offer free WiFi for those parents that wish to work (or Play) while your child is skating.
Yes, we offer skates in varying price ranges, including custom ordered skates. If not in stock, skates generally come in on Friday afternoon (unless custom ordered).Please place your order by Thursday morning for delivery Friday afternoon. Skates are available for children, teens and adults.
Yes, We do offer Private Parties when we are not open to the public. Our facility can be rented for Sweet 16’s, Bar Mitzvahs, Corporate events, school field trips, school fundraisers, surprise parties, meetings. Visit Private Events Page, or call 816-587-0131 to schedule your event.
Birthday Deposits are not refundable if you cancel your party. We will transfer the deposit to a future date if that day and time are available.
You may bring in your own Quad or Rollerblade Skates to any of our sessions. We do not allow “Heelie” type skates on the skating floor at anytime.
You may bring in decorations for your party. Please no confetti and we do not allow items taped to the walls in our party room.

We do like to know ahead of time prior to your party. For the Ultimate Glow Party, we do need to know a good approximate number at least 24 hours prior so we can have the table set up with the proper number of items for the kids. The arty package is for the children invited to the party. We do not provide gifts or items for the entire party. Any adults that would like drinks they do need to purchase them.
Our party tables are cafeteria style tables which will hold approximately 15-20 children (depending on age). We DO NOT provide extra seating at the birthday tables for the adults. There are snack bar area tables available during the session. If you are planning on having 25 or more guests choosing a Private Event might be a better option.
We ask that you talk to the hostess when you arrive if you have any special request for seving the items with your party. They will discuss with you when they plan on bringing them to your table. We try to do this in orderly timing to give ample time for cake, etc.
We do require a Guest list to be filled out and submitted to us 24 hours prior to your party. Here is the Link to the Guest List to fill out and submit. If you do not fill this out prior you will be required to when you arrive prior to your party.
