The business is proudly owned and operated by Pam and Skip Clinton, both celebrated former National and World Roller Skating Champions. With over five decades of combined experience in the roller skating industry, they’ve built River Roll into a center where their passion for skating shines through in every detail. Today, the tradition continues with their daughter, who grew up immersed in the world of roller skating and now help manage the rink, ensuring the family legacy lives on for future generations.
Our History
River Roll Skate Center was founded with a mission to celebrate the joy and excitement of roller skating while fostering a sense of community. Pam and Skip Clinton have been immersed in the skating world since the early 1970s. Their lifelong dedication to the sport inspired them to create a space where others could experience the same passion and energy they have for skating.
Skip, a former National and World Champion skater, and Pam, also a National Champion, bring unmatched expertise, skill, and a love for the sport to their business. Together, they’ve made River Roll Skate Center a place where fun meets tradition, creating an atmosphere that feels like home for everyone who visits.
Even today, the Clinton family is at the heart of the rink’s operations. Their oldest daughter, Ashley, who has earned her own National Champion title, continues to uphold the family’s commitment to excellence and community. The Clinton family’s dedication to creating a welcoming and vibrant environment is what makes River Roll Skate Center so special.
